I had followed meal plans, done the cardio, said no to the sweets - and yet I found myself back at square one with a binge eating problem and a new belief that carbs were the enemy. Despite being a competitive basketball player and avid runner - it felt like my body had betrayed me and my goals were further away than ever.
I wanted answers.
I wanted results.
So I went to college for fitness, determined to find a plan that would work.
Over the last 14 years not only did I transform my own physique and improve my health but I fell in love with the potential this journey has to change lives. This passion is what brought me here and I've since worked with thousands of men and women helping them change their own lives by building their dream physique, improving their relationship with food, and becoming their most confident self.
